                                                                                         relating  to  the  CAT  course  to  determine  if  students’
                                                                                         learning  improves,  using  indicators  such  as  the
                                                                                         thoughtfulness  of  questions  and  answers  being  put
                                                                                         forward  by  students  via  the  informal  social  platform.

                   Going beyond her area of expertise


                   Apart  from  the  undergraduate  Computer  as  an  Analysis
                   Tool  (CAT)  course  and  the  MITB  Operations  Analytics
                   course,  Michelle  also  teaches  in  the  Master  of
                   Communication Management  (MCM) programme.  In the
                   latter,  she  developed  a  word  cloud  and  sentiment
                   analytics  tool  for  analysing  tweets  for  communications
