better communication messages and strategies can be
planned and executed to better manage the public
sentiments. In terms of research, she is currently working
with two other colleagues to build a more user-friendly
Question and Answer (Q&A) platform. This new platform
can collect and analyse students’ questions and answers
relating to the CAT course to determine if students’
learning improves, using indicators such as the
thoughtfulness of questions and answers being put
forward by students via the informal social platform.
