                                                                                         When prompted for advice for instructors wishing to pick
                                                                                         up innovative teaching tools, she had three tips to share:
                                                                                         Firstly,  instructors  should  start  with  the  end  in  mind,  by
                                                                                         thinking  about  what  they  want  students  to  learn  and
                                                                                         know.  Secondly,  instructors  should  reflect  on  how  the
                                                                                         delivery of their content can be made more effective by
                                                                                         providing  application  contexts  such  as  relatable  case
                                                                                         scenarios. Lastly, instructors should invest effort to make
                                                                                         the  learning  process  enjoyable  and  interesting,  in  order
                                                                                         for students to want to spend time on that module.


                  	              Although challenges are inevitable along the road to the development and adoption of innovative
                                 teaching tools, Michelle’s experience amply illustrates that when instructors are student-centric and
                                 committed to their teaching, the journey will ultimately be an extremely meaningful and fulfilling one.
